There are 3 double en-suite bedrooms all situated on ground floor which is a great design for keeping bedrooms cool in the mid-summer heat.
The master suite has air conditioning and a Jacuzzi bath, and leads onto to a private breakfast patio.

The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have sliding door access to an outside patio area, and the 2nd bedroom has DSTV.

Upstairs is an entertainment and relaxation haven.  It is an open-plan dining, living and entertaining area complete with a modern granite kitchen, 8 seater dining table, and 2 lounge areas.  This opens out onto an outside barbeque, entertainment & jacuzzi area with stunning mountain and sea views.  A great place to enjoy a jacuzzi, listening to music and take in the views of Lions Head, 12 Apostles and Camps Bay.

The villa is serviced mon/wed/fri excl. public holidays.  Further servicing can be arranged directly with the housekeeper.
