Johannesburg is the City of Gold. It is the biggest city in South Africa and the centre of economic activity. It is the city with the most trees in the world and therefore creates it’s own micro-climate. A vibrant, interesting place with a great deal of history, it has beautiful old suburbs as well as very modern new developments and many shopping malls. Game Parks are easily accessed and golf courses and spa-resorts abound.
Johannesburg is so placed in the country that all major tourist attractions are within reach on a 1 to 2 hour flight. The climate is one of the best in the world, summer and winter. This is definitely a place you must see in South Africa.
