Garden Bird is a north-facing hillside house with enchanting views of Sedgefield's natural beauty and a wealth of birdlife. Guests have the choice of two well-furnished one bedroomed, self-catering flatlets with private entrances, both have fully equipped kitchens with open plan sitting rooms. Sunbird has a queen sized bed and Guinea Fowl has twin beds. Both have a sleeper couch in the lounge. Sunbird has a stunning deck, whilst Guinea Fowl's garden level and shower-room makes it ideal for guests who experience mobility difficulties. Garden Bird has a spacious garden in a tranquil setting. It is not far from the beaches, lagoon and shopping centre.
