Our apartments are light, sunny and crispy clean. We are situated in a good and safe neighbourhood very near the N1-highway that runs right through SA and almost in a straight line to the Greenpoint Soccer Stadium - only a 20-30 min drive.

Each apartment is equipped with cable TV (DSTV) and it has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a lounge, a bathroom with a shower and a bath and its own built in BBQ facility. The apartment complex has only 40 apartments and it has a cosy and homely feel to it.

DIRECTIONS DRIVING ON THE N1
From the N1 take the Durban Rd Off-ramp
Coming from Paarl, turn right into Durban Rd
Coming from Cape Town turn left into Willie van Schoor Dr.
You are now driving on D’Urban Rd towards Tygervalley shopping centre.
Turn right into Bill Bezuidenhout
Left into Mountain View Dr
Second right into Orchard street.
Immediately Left into Rustenburg str.
The big yellow apartment complex will be on your left hand side.
